A Daily Routine That Gives Me Extraordinary Power
Almost two months ago I took what I knew of Psycho-Cybernetics
techniques to create for myself a daily routine to allow me to
create a powerful self-image and propel me towards success.
Here's what I what do daily:
Get up, stretch
Do relaxation exercise
Imagine past sucesses as if I am there again to bring up that
winning feeling
Using that winning feeling I see myself in the future after each
activity I plan to do that day including the items you see on the
list below--I call these my Outcome Visualizations.
Then I visualize myself as the kind of person I want to be, doing
the kinds of things I want to habitually do--I call these my
Action Visualizations because I actually see myself taking these
actions.
I see myself confidently:
taking my vitamins,
brushing my teeth,
doing my exercises from my Zero Resistance Living course
making my bed,
eating a healthy breakfast,
getting to work at my computer,
speaking with my clients on the phone...
And I see myself doing all these things extremely well, with a
smile on my face, and seeing these things happen easily and
effortlessly.
When I'm done with this routine I feel like a rubber band ready
to snap into action.
I feel supercharged and the feeling lasts for hours.
If I need a boost later in the day I will remmeber one success
from my past and see myself enjoying the Outcome of the next
activity and then see myself love getting to work.
Since I've been doing this I get more work done with less effort
and the quality of everything I do has improved.
Have you created a routine from your study of Psycho-
Cybernetics?
If so please leave a comment below to share what you do and how
it's helped you.

So, far my daily routine has consisted of visualizing myself with one trait that I want to possess. Every morning I wake up and start my day with a 10 minute visualizion: the words, "confident", "self-assured", "secure", "I love you" flash across my mind, followed by images of moments in my past when I felt confident. I will try to bring that feeling into images of me looking confident in the future...but, the feeling is fleeting, so I will continue to bring up past moments and feelings and focus on the words.
I have created a collage on construction paper with these powerful words on them (I have yet to add pictures of myself). Throughout my day at times when I feel doubt, I will recall this collage I am making and a small boost will come to me - just enough to get me going. Also, at times when I am happy and feeling good, I will recall my collage of confidence...and I somehow feel even better and happier.
I still have a great deal of reading left in the Psycho-Cybernetics book...this 10 minute visualization is only the first exercise in the book...it is supposed to last for 21 days. I have one more week. And even though, it is only 10 minutes a day, I have noticed that my moments of doubt don't last quite as long...that I take action to change my feeling a great deal sooner then I would have, before I started my 10 minute a day visualization.
